It's about a month that I'm using Gleam Collagen Peptides Powder, I try to add the powder to my daily diet in any way I can, adding it to my coffee and smoothies, and when I get lazy, I just pour some directly to my dishes. What I like the most about this powder is that it has no taste at all, and the fact that its keto friendly does the trick for me. Can tell you one thing for sure, I'm feeling somehow healthier during this last month and feeling more energetic during the workouts. Can't say much about shiny hair since I'm bald!!! but the skin on my face looks smoother :)

I love the fact that this product is truly unflavored. Most products claim to be unflavored but still taste bitter or leave a bit of an odd after taste in your mouth, this does not.I started using collagen powder because I want to help restore some of my wrinkly skin since quitting smoking. I chose Gleam because I like their all natural no bs ingredients added approach to it. so far it's been working well, I'll continue to use it.

I mix of a scoop of this in my morning coffee and it keeps me fairly full for about 2-3 hours. In addition, I’ve noticed a reduction in pain in my hip joints. I can’t for sure say it’s because of the collagen however it’s the only thing I could correlate back to. I was expecting some bloating since it’s a common issue with a lot of collagens but none with this. At 45 servings, It’s great value

I have gone through two bottles of this and it has absolutely made my hair grow + made my knee pain disappear! I get comments on my hair all the time now. The amount of peptides per serving is more than other brands and the quality is better!

This shake is amazing, tastes really good, no aftertaste (i like to mix it in coffeee, yummmm).
