I order these on Sunday and the company shipped them out the next day Monday. However, usps lost the package. I waited 2 weeks and when no package arrived I contacted the company. They shipped another one out right away and I got it in three days with a confirmation on it. Super fast shipping since the company is on the other side of the US from me. So I give 5 stars for customer service to this company and I give usps 1 star.The tinsel is a really pretty lavender color and it holds up to washing, flat ironing, and curling better than my old tinsel which was not silk, so I am guessing this really is silk.UPDATE:Still love these. They stay in my hair for about a week, but I don't think I am tying them right bc when I got them done at the salon they stayed in for 3 weeks. Now I want this color.
