The belt is very comfortable! It pulled a lot of sweat from my midsection without using any Abolean or Saran Wrap. It's hold onto my waist very well. I am not tall, so having something to actually die my waist is great! This definitely helps make my workout more effective and not bulky or suffocating..

Used less then 10 times, less then 30 days old, product strated to fall apart. Poor quality. Do not purchase.

Is there a way to put on here zero stars because that’s what I would give this product. It had no stretch whatsoever so when you put it around your body if you’re a bigger person I have the hugest gap in the back the point of the band is so that it hugs you tightly so you sweat more.

The sharper is well put together and holds you in place. Can't wait to see my results after having for well. This product is exactly as described and I love it.
