The cups are fine they are just way too hard to get them apart!!

We've been using these in our office and they've worked out great! We haven't had any issues with leaking, etc... They are affordable and work well and I love the ripple paper so that I don't have to purchase the sleeves in addition to.

Great cup to use at a coffee shop, but the price point is a bit expensive compared to a paper cup and sleeve. But much more convenient and faster during a busy rush.

We've had very bad luck with these cups in our coffee shop. They leak at the vertical seam. We've doubled up for customers hoping that would solve problem but it did not. Will not purchase these again.

These cups stick together, and it takes a lot of work to get them apart. They are not as sturdy as you would like either.

These cups are extremely dangerous!!! The bottom falls out of them after 5-10 minutes of hot coffee being in them. The bottom literally fell out and hot coffee poured down the front of someone. A second cup was sitting on a desk, the bottom failed and coffee went all over the desk.Other problems: they are hard to get apart and they smell of gas/fumes.
