2020 Newest Premium Flagship HP Pavilion 14 Inch Laptop (Intel Core i3-7100U 2.4GHz, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, 802.11b|g|n, Bluetooth, HDMI, USB Type-C, Windows 10)

Basic laptop that works fine for a web based software I use for work. The biggest issue is the glare from the screen. Really difficult to use outside or any brightly lit room. Not sure why they’d build it like that. But a good machine for the price.

Best buy laptop at this price.

good not so expensive pc works perfect

My laptop had an SDD drive failure. Instead of returning the laptop I replaced the SDD and went to reinstall Windows. Discovered that Windows can't see the internal SDD drive. HP customer help gave up trying to fix this. I even tried the HP cloud recovery tool. No dice. Linux is the only reason I gave this laptop 2 stars. Linux can see the SDD just fine. HP tools can't but Linux has no problem. Crazy HP stuff here. I'll probably just use it as a Linux laptop. If you need to run Windows on this HP laptop then you will have to risk not being able to reinstall Windows should your drive fail.I'll update this if I can discover why Windows 10 install tools and HP recovery tools fail to find the internal SDD drive.
