My daughter bought this with pocket money it had taken her months to save and when it arrived she was super excited. Sadly, the product proceeded to fall apart. The ribbon on the back became totally detached so she can't use it as a backpack, the catch didn't hold shut so everything fell out, and the dog himself had a huge hole above his nose so he needs replacing too. All this after only 8 hours in the hands of a very careful and caring seven year old. We are beyond unimpressed and want our money back!

Very poor quality, and way smaller then it shows in the picture. For the child it’s okay, she’s playing with it but I think for the money we paying could be much better. Backpack doesn’t even close properly and straps broke after first use

I bought this as a gift for my niece and she LOVED it. In fact, her siblings also loved it too. So much so that there were tears and arguments about who got to play with it and, given the low price, I probably should have purchased a couple of them instead.
