These extenders allowed me to create some pretty long clams for a special project. They are very sturdy, go together in a snap and really work well. I have numerous K body clamps (you can never have enough) and really appreciate this accessory. Highly recommend if you need long clamps.

Well -- it's a Bessey, so you know it's good. I have a couple of long (50 & 60") Revo K-body clamps, and quite a few more 24". Occasionally I need something longer than my longest clamp. The KBX20 extender is a trivial solution. It has bolts which fit through the extender and through the clamp bar, effectively making the clamp as long as both together. These can be hand tightened for occasional use. One movable face is removed, and the other is used for clamping. They work even better on the Vario version of the Revo clamp, because the "fixed" portion of the clamp can also be removed, giving slightly more length, as needed.I consider this an essential part of my clamp collection.

I did not know about this product until I went with Amazon in purchasing some Bessey Rev0 K-Body clamps. Had I known about this, I would have never went with the pipe clamps. This essentially combines two K-Body clamps together for a longer clamping extension.This won't provide a sturdy solid arm for the combined clamps but it does hold the two in place solidly. If one wanted a sturdy clamp arm along with the length, pipe clamps would have to be an option.Quality is all there. This piece is a solid piece of aluminum and the bolts do their job in holding the clamp. There is indentions that form fit to the new Rev0 and existing K-Body clamps before so it is backwards compatible. A plus! However, initial fitting is a bit of slight work due to the hole drill-outs of the bolts. There is a tiny bit of material that initially blocks the way. One can slightly file it down or just simply force it in. This isn't too much of a big deal though but it is something to be pointed out.

Does the job just as advertised. The newer version comes with plastic "feet" which prevent marring of surfaces it rests on, arrived on time and the vendor quickly corrected a minor error in the order with a minimum of fuss.

I like my K Revo clamps so much more than pipe clamps, but I occasionally need to do long (~8’) glue ups. These allow me to use my preferred clamps even for the long jobs.

I have a large collection of the older K-body clamps. To use this extender with these older clamps, one must grind away the bumps at the end of the steel backbone, slide off the moving clamp, then use the Clamp Extender as a template (put the end of the steel backbone a little shy of middle) for a 15/32" hole (a drill press is probably needed -- lots of steel to go through).It really extends (no pun intended) the range of uses of the clamps. Note that the sliding head can be put on upside down to get another couple of inches.It is solidly made and worth the price, I feel.

Amazon, you could do a better job of managing your inventory. I ordered two K Body Extenders and received one with two bolt holes, intended for use with the K Body Clamp, and the other with three bolt holes and two plastic pads, intended for use with either the K Body or the Revo Clamp. Luckily, both of these will work with my K Body Clamps. While both packages are labeled Bessey KBX20, the UPC codes are different, so I would think you would list them as different products (which they are). Pity the customers who purchased Extenders to go with their new Revo Clamps (all that you sell these days) and received the older version of the KBX20 Extender.

With these extenders, you can double the length of your Bessey Revo Clamps. I don't need to do that often, but when i do, these extenders are priceless.
