Seem to work just as good as the high dollar brand

Bought this believing its rating and comments that it would be durable and last longer than standard timing line. FAILED at all levels. Didn't last long, and wasn't strong enough with regular grass. I spent more time re-installing trim line then I did edging. Didn't stand up to the test edging straight line by sidewalk or driveway. Truly wasted lot of money on a large amount of cheap useless trimming line. Won't be a repeat customer.

This trimmer line is actually a brittle wire encapsulated in a plastic liner. It resembles a bread bag tie-wrap on steroids. I had to use needle nose pliers to pre-bend the end of the line to enable installation of this "wire" on the tap-n-go spool of my Stihl-FS-90. I couldn't cut more than a 10' by 10' swath of dry golden rod (and a few small briers) before having to feed out more string. Buy this only if you need heavy duty tie-wraps for the rest of your life...just sayin'.

Cheap, unreliable junk

I bought this used for half price because the plastic spool was broken. Very happy with the quality and now probably have a lifetime supply.
