Excellent Neck Support and Sleep Quality
I’ve been using the McKenzie Cervical Roll for several weeks, and it has made a noticeable difference in my sleep comfort and neck pain. I simply slide it into my pillowcase along the bottom edge, and it provides gentle yet firm support that keeps my neck aligned throughout the night. The foam has just the right amount of give. It is not too soft and not too firm. The removable cover is also easy to clean. I appreciate that it works well whether I’m sleeping on my back or side. Since I started using it, I’ve had fewer headaches and less stiffness in the morning. This is a simple and effective solution for anyone dealing with neck discomfort or looking to improve their sleep posture. Highly recommend.

FINALLY I FOUND SOMETHING THAT CRADLES MY NECK AND PERFECTLY SUPPORTS MY HEAD! I LOVE IT.
A miracle has happened today because I actually love this thing!MY STORY:I have always been a back sleeper using NO PILLOW. Then 2 or 3 years ago I started needing more neck support. Now, I find it's substantially more comfortable for me with some kind of a pillow so I tried lots of different feather, feather and down, and 100% down pillows. I tried Tempur, My P\\\ow (H A T E D it even after I sliced it open and removed some of the filling so that it wasn't so puffy but that still didn't help and I still hated it), down alternative (horrible), and on and on. I just have not been able to find a pillow that I love or even like that:A. Doesn't go flat within an hour;B. Doesn't curl up around my head like earmuffs; andC. Supports my neck.Anyhow, I tried creating my own neck support gizmo by cutting a 3" x 6"-ish piece of memory foam from a mattress topper. It was better than nothing but every morning I'd wake up with huge knots in my hair from the stupid piece of foam. I knew there had to be a better solution. Frustrated, I finally started doing some research online to see what's available now since my memory foam/foam rubber idea was just not working any more. I read hundreds of reviews for all kinds of cervical pillows/rolls and decided to try this one. Even though I did my homework, I wasn't holding out hope that this would be my salvation.First of all, when the box arrived, I thought it was empty. It was so light, I didn't think there was anything inside at all, surely not a pillow-type thing, but I opened the box and sure enough - there it was. Hmmm... no weight whatsoever to this thing so how good could it be? Well, ha ha on me because it is great!THE PROS:Nice presentation in the plastic bag and the blue zipper cover.Didn't have any odor or chemical smell that I was expecting, like so many of the other pillows I've bought or read reviews about. The zipper cover or case is not hard or crispy or plastic-like, and it's quite handy and possibly sweat-proof. I'll find out in a month when it gets to be 100° here in L.A.I removed it from the plastic out bag, simply stuck the whole thing inside a pillow case and positioned it comfortably under my neck. It keeps my head at the correct and most ideal height.THE CONS:I have only one: I do have to position it either all the way to the left toward the other side of the bed or all the way to the right (hanging off the bed) because it is too long for me and I don't want it encasing my ears. My solution is that I am going to cut it into either 3 equal pieces (that way I'll end up with 2 replacements for when this one gets flat or old or whatever) or I'll cut it just in half so I'll have one extra for when the first half gets old and flat. Remember, it just has to fit under the neck - it's not like it's a sandbag keeping water from seeping into the house and it is not one of those door jamb sealers. It's for cradling the neck which this does perfectly - it's just too long for me.All in all, I am so happy that I bought this OPTP Original McKenzie Cervical Roll. My neck feels better and better every morning. Can't wait to cut it into 2 or 3 equal pieces so it fits perfectly under my head.Totally happy with this purchase.

Good neck support.
I like the McKenzie cervical pillow. I previously used an inflatable cervical roll, but that just didn't work for me - too hard and scratchy, and it made too much noise. Corflex Medic Air Cervical Sleep Pillow - Blue Then I tried this one. It took a while to get used to it, but overall I'm pleased with it. I've had it for about 6 weeks now, and I can certainly tell that it's helping my neck while I sleep. I used to wake up with a terribly stiff neck. Not anymore. This thing works. Now, it's not perfect for me. It's a little too large and firm, but only just a little. People come in different shapes and sizes, so I realize that it's difficult to find the perfect fit. For me, this one is close. I'll be interested to see if the firmness decreases over time. Regardless, my body is getting used to it, so it is helping with my sleep and the way my neck feels when I wake up.Rather than putting it into my pillow case, I just place it under my neck. This allows me to move it around as needed during the night. I tend to alternate sleeping on my back with sleeping on both my right and left sides. I'll move through these positions throughout the night, and having the pillow out of my regular pillow case makes it easier to move it if necessary. I've tried using only the McKenzie pillow, without my regular pillow, and that's okay, but not ideal. I prefer to use a slim pillow under my head and the McKenzie under my neck. I have a down pillow which is fairly flat, but it gives me just a little cushion. Here's my recommendation to you: If you are suffering from neck pain, it's probably worth it to you to risk a little money for some relief. Maybe this will work. Maybe it won't. You won't know until you try it, but if it does, it may be money well spent. All the bad reviews are probably correct, but so are the good ones. A pillow like this is personal. You are taking a chance that it will work with your body, and you won't know for sure until you've slept on it a couple of nights. I encourage you to give it a week or two of consistent use. Your body has to get used to it, and that will take a while. Keep in mind that if you open it, you can't return it, but maybe you'll find another use for it.I hope you find some relief, because I know how uncomfortable neck pain be.

Highly Disappointing Cervical Relief
This company claimed a high quality, expertly crafted and designed cervical pillow. I was happy to pay and looking forward to relief for the curve and arthritis in my neck. Instead of receiving quality, I found that this was made of cheap, low density, coarse foam. I didn't even bother to use it. I fail to see how this was expertly designed and exceeds the standard over other cervical pillows. I will try my luck with a less expensive memory foam cervical pillow.

Best side sleeper neck pillow option!
Best neck pillow I have found to support my neck for side sleeping. I put this across the bottom of my pillow case with my soft down pillow and the combination creates a perfect comfort for sleep. I fall asleep faster and wake up with less neck, shoulder, and arm pain. Highly recommend for side sleepers!

Meh
These pillows used to be great but this one came with a cheap scratchy cover that's not comfortable. I wouldn't buy it again.
