Unbelievable for the price.
I can't be happier with this little thing, all things considered. The sound quality is far better than I was expecting for the price/size. The volume level is far better than I was expecting for the price/size. And although it charges via USB, its internal battery holds a charge also FAR longer than I was expecting. (It does not need to be always plugged in.) Seriously. Choose this one. Easily fits in one hand, but can provide ample sound for over 800 square feet, even doing yardwork...

Makes a crappy gift.
Looks cool, and sounds ok. The wire included is super short, and for some odd reason it picks up interference from almost anything it is placed near (monitors, tv, etc). I am only giving it 3 stars because it looks pretty cool, and the rubberized plastic is nice.

Not as good as everyone says...
Firstly... to those that say this sounds like two speakers are wrong. It sounds like one speaker... but it has got a full rounded sound overall. The problem for me... and it was my mistake is that because it was battery operated and can charge, I thought it was cordless... otherwise what is the point? At least for a laptop.... maybe not for a smaller tablet or no USB device. Then I guess it is fine. But because I need to plug in the headphone jack, and the USB cord is attached to it, I get no benefits or battery power. My mistake. Decent for a one speaker system.

DBEST describes the sound and ease of use
Because of the size I was hesitant to buy this DBEST mIni speaker for my desktop, but after reading several reviews I decided to give it a chance. To my amazement this little speaker gives out great sound and is less cumbersome than other larger mini speakers with just a few wires you connect to your speaker

Great little speaker
I got this as a replacement for a Kinivo ZX100 that had charging issues. It cost less, sounds just as good and suits my purposes perfectly. Although it doesn't have a volume control, volume is loud and clear controlled from the source device. It charges quickly, and I've used it at maximum volume for 9+ hours between recharges.
