This is the BEST magnesium I have ever taken! I take it to help me have bowel movements (I have SIBO and fiber actually makes pooping harder with SIBO). I take only the recommended dose daily, and it works consistently - doesn't stop working after a week like most others. I also use a VERY SMALL amount for my kids, because they have similar poop problems. Anyway, I love this and will buy again when I need to.
