These do work good - if you don't loose them.
Seriously these should cost more and come with air tags. No idea where the hell they went but if they were tagged I could latest find al my left socks!

It's LOUD, it's reliable, and could save your life.
I agree with the review by B. and I fell asleep just 2 blocks from home. I was driving at "residential" speed and there were no other cars on the road, so I got lucky. Apparently, I made a sharp turn in the middle of the block and ran straight on into a square curb, bouncing back into the road with a mangled front suspension. It happened so fast I thought I must have been hit by a car I never saw, but there was no body damage and a witness told me that driving into the curb was all on me, so I finally realized I'd fallen asleep. A year later I made plans for a cross country road trip and the thought of falling asleep again scared hell out of me, so I bought this device and a fancy thing that mounted on the windshield to monitor my eye movements. That one showed promise but had a couple of fatal flaws, one was that the verbal warning to tell me my eyes were not on the road had been recorded by a soft spoken woman with a pleasant voice. Anyway, THIS device worked perfectly and even woke me at three times which could easily have been fatal. Didn't want to push my luck so I pulled off the highway as soon as I could to stretch my legs and drink a coffee. Even if you've never dozed while driving, this is very cheap insurance to avoid that first time. Just sayin'.

The rounded ear clasp doesn't seem to fit American ears... Mine are ordinary, and it won't fit.
The ear clasp does not fit larger American ears...appears to be made for Asian folks. The batteries went dead in 4 weeks time.BUT, as aggravating as that is, make some additions. Cut out a stiff cardboard circle. Make a thin oblong opening in center, enough to fit onto your ear snugly. Tape the device onto the circle opening. After fitting onto the ear, turn it on, adjust it by turning the cardboard circle til it beeps at the particular head slant needed.Great for being alerted when falling asleep in your recliner while watching tv. I'm waiting for the newly ordered batteries to arrive to test the batteries for time-length... They advertise thousands of alerts sounded and I doubt if I used 300. If the 3-batteries needed only last a month, it's not worth the effort. I am hoping that new batteries will live up to their claim of 30,000 alerts. Great way to recognize and stop falling asleep in your recliner while watching tv....called 'head-nodding'.

Buy this or you could die!
I had an accident ! I fell asleep at the wheel, Im lucky to be alive! I hit two parked cars . I now wear one of these on "both" ears ,because I'm frightened of doing it again! they beep pretty loud and this one works better than the others that I've ordered! They were junk ! if you have a fear of falling asleep, you have to have this keep it in the car every day !!! You should even wear it driving during the day! It doesn't have to be just at night, it will make sure that you don't doze even in the daytime! It can happen! I didn't believe it would happen to me , but it did ! sometimes you just don't realize that you're dozing for a few seconds at a traffic light, and then you lose control of the car! it's worth whatever you pay for it to save your life and the lives of the people around you ! I was lucky had a couple of brews knees on the bed chest injury from the airbag going off but I could've been killed by these for yourself and your husband or partner! day or night you're at risk for falling asleep ! we lead busy lives, we don't always get enough sleep, can't depend on a cup of Starbucks or loud music or the air conditioner or a window open! I had all of that on and still fell asleep . This could save your life ! It could happen to anyone! Please, believe me , it only takes a couple of seconds for your head to bow down and you're out ! I was three blocks from home ! A car I loved was totaled and I totaled two other cars and I almost lost my life ! Buy three or four of these and keep them in all your cars! keep an extra in the glove compartment in case your battery goes dead. Mine has been on for quite a long time with no battery problems at all ! This Amazon purchase might be the one that saves your life or your loved ones life! don't just ignore the review ! if you're reading this you already have some kind of fear or inclination that you or someone you love might fall asleep at the wheel ! I bought others and did research. the other ones are junk! I bought ones that arrived broken and didn't work at all ! this is the best one I found !it's reliable! don't Let your life depend on a piece of junk ! PS .they are not uncomfortable and you can wear glasses with them! I do ! they may beep if you lean down to change the radio , that's because they don't know if you're asleep and about to crash or you just don't like the song that's playing!

Save your money. Buy a cup of coffee.
I recently made a drive, alone, across the entire US, to make a big move. I was concerned about falling asleep at the wheel, so I bought this. Granted it was very inexpensive. But 6 bucks wasted is still 6 bucks wasted. Save your money, to buy a few cups of coffee. Open the car windows. Play the radio loud. Do stretches. Dance in your seat, and pound out a drum beat on the dash board, sing to the music. Pull your hair. Slap your face. Poke yourself with a pin. OK, I'm just being silly, but you get the point (pun intended). This device is a waste of money. First of all, it feels so cheap you wouldn't be surprised if it came out of one of those plastic eggs from a gumball machine. Second, it isn't sensitive enough to alert you when your head tips. I had to violently shake my head to make it go off. Third, there is no volume setting, or choice of tones, and the default is an EXTREMELY LOUD beep. We're talking HEARING LOSS volume levels. DAMAGE TO YOUR EARS volume levels. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that when something is hanging from your ears, it doesn't have to be very loud to hear it. If a pin fell directly next to your ear, you'd hear it. So why do they insist on absolutely blasting you and giving you ear-piercing pain and permanent hearing loss?

I bought this for a family member who was working long hours and was falling asleep at the wheel on the freeway! This device has literally saved his life on more than one occasion! I highly recommend this awesome product!

Léger et facile d'utilisation
Testé cet été sur les trajets de vacances, ça répond à mes attentes. On peut être un peu surpris par sa légèreté car, quand on baissé la tête pour attraper une bouteille d'eau par exemple, ça sonne😀
