I had first wrote a review that I have to revise. The product works great and I love that it came with so many oils! And even better, I like to support small, family run businesses! If you purchase this diffuser, make sure you check to see how the interior filter is on. Mine was upside down when I received it, causing it to leak and barely produce any steam. However, someone from the company contacted me and said to try turning it the other way, and upon doing so, it worked perfectly! So just double check that, the filter's rounded side should be faced towards the water. Hope that helps!

I should have known something was awry when I received this “new” diffuser and oil set with two of the oil bottles packed inside the plastic with the unit (as if it had been previously used) and not packed/seated in the foam encasement with the other bottles. Though the oils did not appear to have been opened, that doesn’t mean that either bottle had not been opened. I decided that despite my reservations, to try the unit anyway. The first attempt at the one hour setting worked. Then when I added more water to try at the 3 hr setting, the diffuser shut off after 30 min. I tried again at the 6 hour setting, and again the diffuser shut off after about 20 min. It was definitely less than an hour as I wrote down the time. I contacted the seller with video and pic and even tried the steps sent via email as well as cleaning the unit per the enclosed instructions. Again the unit stopped after just 2-3 minutes on that attempt. Seller/customer service seemed to think the unit was working with not enough water however the unit had the correct amount of water (unit was filled with distilled water anywhere from midway between max and min or near full). The seller appears to want customers to jump through hoops to point out any discrepancy with videos and pics, which I provided. I’m done jumping and asked for my money back.

This is the perfect set of you are just starting out with essential oils! You get a great variety of oilsI had an issue with the first diffuser leaking. I contacted the seller and they quickly replaced it. No more leaking!! I made sure the plastic dome inside the lid was inserted correctly. It fits perfectly on the base and then I put the lid on. I checked on it a lot for leaking. I think my first one leaked because the side was assembled correctly. The inside of the lid was always full of water and would drip once my diffuser shut off. Once I put the the inside piece directly on the base and then put the lid on, I noticed the inside of the lid was a lot drier and no more leaking

Our stopped working!! I bought this before I went in to do my RSC because my baby had to come early. Once we got home I knew I’d need to relax and although I wasn’t thrilled about all the oils except some, I purchased it anyway. I purchased this for use in September :/It only worked well for a couple of week and then died on us. We have tried drying it out and read about just about every article on the internet to fix it since it’s past the return date.Will the seller replace the unit?My 6yo daughter has had one for 2 years and it still works. Wish I’d paid a little more and gotten that one instead.One very unhappy momma recovering from surgery!

I absolutely love this! My mom got us a smaller one but we needed a bigger one for the common areas of our house for a bigger diffusion area. It's perfect. And the assortment of oils that comes with it is such a perfect added bonus! I love the timer settings (1, 3 or 6 hours) and it's perfect to set it and forget it while I'm doing stuff around the house.

The media could not be loaded.  Quality is good for the price. Great set of diffuser, comes with oils as well. Overall great value relative to other options on here.I have recommended to family and neighbors.

I absolutely love this. It also comes with 16 essential oil. I have used them all. The lighter scents like jasmine, ylangylang, lavender.. they are all better used in a smaller room. The bolder oils spearmint tea tree lemon and clove are great to scent a whole room. And the mild scents like sandalwood and bergamot I find are best paired with the lighter ones or used alone in a smaller room for strong scents.I only have 2 cons for this product. The first is the max/min fill line is not printed into the plastic it is a sticker. Sooner or later it will peel off.My second con is the words above timer buttons have rubbed off. I know how to use it but if I ask someone to turn it on they don't know.But all in all I love this. When I run out of oils, I'll most likely just purchase this product again.

Although I do not love the oils too much that came with it, this little machine works overtime. I bought another kind as well for the second floor, but the other one only worked 1 time. I recommend you spend a little more money and buy this one. It is also cool to watch work as it is like a small smoke volcano and it lights up. :DThe oils are not terrible but they are cheap oils and you can tell, however, you can always buy better oils to use which I am currently looking for, without needing a second job to pay for them as they can get very expensive.
