I'm a regular size 9 or 10 depending on the maker of the shoe/heel. In ballet shoes I'm a size 7, but ive been dancing for years and it's normal to size down in specific dance shoes. I would 100% buy these again. Just make sure to get the toe gel pads because even though they're shown in one of two of the photos, they are NOT included with the shoes. Hope this helps!

I love the strength, the color options ( please get black for adult 11s), there is no elastics so these will need to be customer and broken in, perfect for a restart after long break, btw the vamps are very tall. Good shoe overall.

These are not pointe shoes for pointe class. We bought these for a photo shoot and that was about the life of them. Very stiff and uncomfortable shoe.

For those thinking these are for professional dancers or even semi advanced dancers these shoes are not for that. These should only be for beginners or used as a prop for pictures etc. These are a step up from the super cheap ones you see on amazon. But i will say the Shank in these is plastic. you will not be able to get a good bend in the shoes arch to help you because it constantly moves or just goes back down to flat once you start moving around in the shoe. The box is more wider so if you have wide feet and are trying out pointe this would be a good start before you look into professional shoes. im a size 6 and ordered a size 6 and its pretty big in the back its really baggy i can fit atleast 3 fingers between my back heel to the shoe since the box is so wide my foot just sank in it. So id order a size before your normal shoe size to make a better fit. The packaging is really nice came with a mesh bag for the shoes to breathe and gel toe pads which are extremely nice quality ( be careful if you have pets pet hair sticks to them easy and is hard to get off). Its super nice to have the ribbon already sewn on loved that. but would've liked some stretchy elastic bands to be sewn on them as well but i can do that myself. Other than that i liked the shoes and they worked great for what i needed them for. I have been a dancer for 15 years and only needed them for a photoshoot. but please look into professional quality for shoes for pointe unless being used as a prop or photo session etc.

They come neatly packed and have a nice carrying case and silicone toe sockies. After years of not dancing these will do just fine to readjust my feet and get back into it.

Je les ai fait évaluer par le professeur de danse de ma fille, et celles-ci ne sont pas conforme pour une utilisation. Le semelle n'est pas assez épasse. Par contre, cela fera de très belles photos et une belle décoration pour sa chambre à coucher

(+) : they're pretty & the shank is okay. Plus they come with toe protectors and a bag.(-) : the sizing is odd; the shoe is longer than expected (I followed the instruction to size up). She is one hard box to get over; be it on pointe or on releve. The pair was not too expensive but add in a few 10$ and you can get an excellent pair fitted to you from a professional shop.

Exactly as pictured. Very pretty in person. Draw string is perfect and stayed tied when wearing the shoes. As a beginner these shoes do ok. At the very least they simply look beautiful just hanging up in my room. Wood sole is a little too rigid and I do have trouble bending my foot over my toes because of it. Otherwise, nice pair of shoes, specially if you don’t want to spend a lot of money on a higher quality shoe.

I took ballet years and years ago and decided to start again for the exercise - BUT I wanted to see if I could still stand en pointe before shelling out $ on shoes.These are great for the $, but obviously don't buy these if you are serious about dancing - good for light barre work

It has a long lace around top that goes around shoe. Somehow when my daughter was wearing shoes, it came out and it took me hours to put back in all the way around as there is no easy way to put it back all the way. There should be small cuts on the way so that lace doesn't get stuck in the middle I had to cut it through scissors n rip it as lace was going through till the end. It's a big flaw in that shoe.
