We have been using Super Blue Stuff for years and it works for us. Sore aching muscles, joints, etc. this product seems to offer temporary relief. I have bad knees and my wife has muscular aches in her legs, applying Blue Stuff before bed sure assists in reducing pain on those nights when those muscles and joints are "talking to you"!
