I am not a teen anymore, but a decade ago, I was. I never went to a public school, or delt with teenage dating, drugs, suicide, sneaking around, or all of that drama. I purchased this for a special teen in my life who has had to go to public school and face all of that. I read it before I gave it to her, and I think I learned some things that enter into the "average teen's" life. I hope she enjoys it, and learns, laughs and grows as I did.

i am thirteen years old and consider myself to be quite shy around people I am not familiar with. Many of the stories in this book have helped me overcome my shyness towrds others with storeies like "I try to remember". I know that I will be rereading this book to help me through the many trials that we face in life and therefore give it 5 stars.

Once again, "Chicken Soup for the Soul" books has a hit. This is a wonderful gift for young teens with its easy read of short stories on pertinent topics and experiences teens face. Teens I have given it to as a gift have loved it and purchased the next in the teen series. Also a source of good talking points for those anxiety ridden moments or social issues teens face.

Purchased for my grandgirls but I have read some of the stories myself. The girls love the stories and I can see why. They are uplifting, helpful, and a way to give young girls confidence.

The media could not be loaded. The book is great, inspirational. Definitely recommend. The description though - not trustworthy. Labeled new and the book was definitely used and mistreated. Very misleading. uodate: the seller reached out after the review and fully refunded. Many thanks but would have been happy to pay for what the used copy is worth.

The teenager who received this for her birthday has asked if there are more "Chicken Soup" books for teens, and could she please have one for Christmas? Enough said.

Sweet stories, it's pretty self explanatory, it's chicken soup for the soul, and for when the soul needs it. Some stories are incredibly touching, some are just ok.
