Great product. Simple to install, even for a beginner. Best part is IT WORKS! Patio was always flooding / ponding, so when extending slabs I ran this full length of patio with pavers as an edge on the lawn side of channel (slabs at other edge). Now, even with heavy rainfall (West Central Scotland - it gets pretty wet!) there is no ponding. Also ensures when cleaning patio that water drains effectively.Make sure you have somewhere to connect the outfall to soakaway / drain.Also, please note that Customer Service is excellent.

It matched my existing drainage and was just the job to link up with my 2 new verandas.

Product arrived promptly. Garden flooded recently in worst rainfall we've ever seen. This looks like the perfect way to channel water away in any future storms! So, not used it yet but it looks perfect for the Jun!

Terrible packaging, a six inch wide bit of cellophane wrapped twice at one end & a 4 inch bit of Sellotape wrapped once at the other end.Three ends were damaged, luckily I need an l shape & am able to arrange them to not matter too much.No protective packaging on the ends. I get people these days don't want over packing to cut waste but this was truly below minimum, I'm surprised that all 6 pieces arrived together to be honest.I realise 80% of these items aren't seen but they are as important not to be damaged because the ends slide together to form longer runs.They don't come with end pieces to block, I knew this & always intended to use a bit of the concrete to block the ends.I'm saying this because I often read people say things like that about xyz... but they never read the description, this description doesn't mention them & so didn't expect them.Unless you get the separate corner connection or a separate end outlet these don't have 110mm outlets.The bottom cut away outlets are 60mm max & have no flange to go around but any pipe needs to go inside the cutout with a max outer diameter of 60mm, plus any pipe would really intrude into the channels bottom curve.Standard UK round gutter pipe is 68mm outside diameter by the way.I suggest buying the 110mm drainage outlets which ever one suits best.
