Very nice, but I am having a problem linking up the bluetooth cause it didnt come with any instructions, just the picture engraved in the glass and there is no way that is secure to keep it on top of the base, otherwise it is a very nice and the brilliant colors and the slight spin gives it a nice effect, I wish when I ordered this I knew ahead of time it was coming from China, the shipping was slow and unfortunately came well after Christmas.

This came out amazing, it was the perfect gift. The image quality was a lot better than I expected. When ordering this, know that even if you pick an image and might want to crop it with the image preview, it won't really look like that it will be the whole image. Aside from that the heart itself is crystal, and it had a bit of weight to it. It looks great. However, shipping was a hassle did order it sometime at the end of june, and received on the 13th of August; which was late. Even though, it was late I was thankful with the customer service I received when wondering why the package was late. Shiny Alice kept in contact with me through the process of figuring out what was going on. So, if you are buying this as a gift for a special day please plan ahead and maybe buy a month or two ahead, specially with pandemic going on. The control that comes with the order works really well. The base is a speaker as well it sounds good. Also, crystal has nothing to go in, it just sits on top of the speaker, so buy something to stick it on with that won't let it separate.

The speaker doesn't work and it can't able to connect with my blutooth. Waste kf money. Don't buy it. I requested a return request, I got their reply after a month. They are saying that, they can only return 10$. I mean are you serious? I paid 60$ for it and your product is not working. They didn't give a full refund. Highly not recommended prouct.

First, thank you to the artist who did my order. It's gorgeous. It's better than I expected. That says how ultimately I'm pleased. It's a gift for his son who passed away. I wanted something with a memory, but also conveyed the emotion I wanted. He loves it more than anything. They were close and this let's him think of him peacefully before bed and when he wakes up. With the Bluetooth & Remote remote that came with it, he's adding one song that was their song. To lose a child has to be the hardest lost. I recommend this gift because of all features I mentioned, but you get your money's worth as well. The remote helped. He's able totp enjoy it totally in the AM and PM, because of the remote. His son died 3 years ago, so he's able to appreciate the gift and give a solid evaluation. The gift sentiment, love, emotions & laughs. Plus, another order in 2-3 wks. That's how satisfied I was.. I ordered this as a birthday gift for my son's girlfriend, I had issues with the shipping it took over a month to get it because there was a delay apparently my package got lost, the company was helpful and willing to refund my money or send me a new one. When it finally got here It's not as big as I thought it would be and it didn't come with instructions on how to set the clock, but the craftsmanship and details are absolutely beautiful, the speaker has a great sound. She really loved it so it was totally worth it and worth the wait. Just wish they would send instructions that would be helpful.

when trying to increase the volume to the max it gets disconnected with the device and restarts. So had to pair the bluetooth again to connect and play Apart from using it as a music player it's good and the photo came out real good.

Took forever to get here I’d say about 3 weeks but the picture on the stone is perfect now for the speaker I think it’s more of a it there but it’s not very good if I were to rate the speaker portion alone it would be a 1/5 but I give it 4/5 it looks awesome and the less are good and it also is a chargeable battery pack which I was surprised with I’d give this product overall 4/5

The shipping took forever which was expected, I was almost going to cancel the order but it finally came in after like two weeks. If you do order, I suggest you order ahead of time if you plan on gifting it. Another problem was that the glass piece had nothing to hold on to, it’s just placed on top of the speaker and it seems unstable. The product itself is stunning, my speaker worked perfect and was loud, the lights and photo that I chose looked beautiful, and it has a mode where it spins while playing music which was nice. Overall it’s a nice gift, you just have to keep in mind that you might want to order it months in advance.
