Saved my bicep and my tennis career (last one a joke)
32 yo small guy. Plates tennis but my bicep keeps hurting over time. Never understood why. But this saved me. Can play for hours now without any problems. Great fit velcro is very solid. I would say the ease of application is not so easy when you need to do it for yourself with only one arm available to tie the second one. Not a deal breaker all good you get used to it

This has saved me from a great deal of pain
This summer I tore my left bicep tendon, rotator cuff, and labrum. I'm scheduled for surgery in mid-December. We live full time in our RV, and are currently a long way from home. We're staying put here until we go home, but when we do, I have a 43' trailer that weighs in at about 20,000 lbs that I need to tow. It will put a great strain on my shoulder. My surgeon gave me a cortisone shot in the shoulder which has helped greatly for the pain in the shoulder, however it has done nothing for the torn bicep tendon. Any time I do anything with my arm, the pain shoots very hard from my bicep. I have been very worried about driving back home (about 3 days on the road) and getting through the pain.Doing research, I discovered this bicep tendon wrap. In a word - miraculous! It has completely controlled the pain in my bicep. It works in the same manner that a wrap works for tennis elbow. It prevents my bicep tendon from flexing, which is further damaging the tendon. I've had it on for 24 hours now and it is amazing how it has managed the pain. I now know that I'll be able to drive home without the fear of pain to my shoulder and bicep.I did the same damage to my right shoulder 13 years ago, so know what awaits me. Not looking forward to the surgery again, but at least between now and then I'll be able to limit any further damage.

Yes....THIS is the one to choose over the B.H.
I got a very minor pull in the upper lateral bicep area. Probably as a result of benching. So, the first thing I did was quit exercising, right? Wrong. I just switched up my movements between dumbbells and machine. But, what to do about the muscle/tendon pull?Like everyone else here, I hit the reviews. I looked at the prices. I read positives and negatives. There are only a few of these devices designed compression for the upper arm. This one of a "strange" brand-name, and the OTHER one which "sounds" so much more appealing. Bottom line, I preferred the engineering of THIS one which allows the fit to be FULLY customizable. You can apply just little pressure, medium pressure, tight pressure. Make a tourniquet if you want, LOL. Just wrap it to "fit" the need. I did not want a "closed loop" compression band. Now, you'll read a few negatives here "It's hard to get on with one hand". Baloney. You first make the perfect sleeve-loop using the main hook&loop on the wide band. Slip it up your arm, just like that. It'll obviously get a bit tighter as you slip it up that muscular arm of yours. Once up to the bicep, it has just enough pressure to grab the arm. THEN using your free hand (for me it's the left hand) you take the narrow elastic fabric wrap-strap and just wrap it to your desired pressure, press it onto the wide-band hook&loop patch and...done.Keep in mind, you can slip this device on your arm so that the narrow strap tightens AWAY from you, or TOWARDS you. Pick the one that works for you. It works.

Support is a small area
This is ok if My other support is in the wash..It supports a small area of bicep triceps area...wish it was larger width wise...but it is easy to put on...there are other supports in the same price range that are better made a d give better support. This has just a single band that goes around...my other one has 3 bands...I think it works much better

Decent, does the job
I bought this product because I was experiencing muscle fatigue and pain in my upper arm, around my bicep and my tricep. Overall, the product does what I expected, although it could be slightly more comfortable. I saw reviews before buying this that the mesh lining on it leaves bumps on the arm and that is accurate. I will say though that I don't think the people complaining about how to attach the velcro understand the manufacturers intent. There is an inner band, and if you set it once to the right width for your arm then you never have to undo it again. The outer band is then the band that you tighten after sliding the inner band up to the desired placement on your arm. This product did the job and relieved my pain, so that's all I really care about.
