This was surprisingly good. Roast is on the medium-dark side which is common for Brazilian coffee. Try to prepare it with warmer than usual water (just below boiling point).Their company logo is horrible though, I have to try to avoid looking at it whenever I open a bag. Please change that.

I lean more toward dark roast coffees, but I picked up a bag of the Specialty Brazilian Medium Roast coffee, fresh ground (fine) it in a burr grinder and brewed this in a pour over funnel with a paper element using 205°F water. This is probably the best cup of coffee I've tasted. Not what I would call mild; it has a nice rich flavor, but no bitterness and seems to be very low acid. If you are looking for an exceptional coffee for a special occasion, I highly recommend this one.

We were willing to pay a little extra for this coffee because we discovered it has none of the bitterness other brands have. And we have tried many in search of a smooth flavor that we found here. Once we tasted this coffee we noticed an immediate difference...no bitterness or aftertaste. As simple as that. So I give it five stars because I haven’t found any coffee that has a smoother taste.

I was a bit disappointed with the flavor, but then again whole bean coffee is usually not very good at retaining the flavors claimed on the bag after they are ground to brew. The coffee is by no means unsavory, but I did not really taste or smell the dark chocolate. It's an OK coffee for morning brews.

I buy a lot of coffee from amazon to try new coffee brands and I am glad that I tried Aguacero Coffee. This coffee is fantastic and well worth the money. It is on the darker side of a medium roast but still has great flavor.

LOVE this coffee!!! It has a clean smooth finish and makes the most delicious cup of coffee. I can’t wait to try the other blends from Aquacero Coffee.

This coffee was absolutely perfect. No bitterness just a smooth satisfying cup of coffee.
