IIT 48795 Glow-In-The Dark Rope

Great high quality glow rope. The product does not hold its glow for too too long when not being lit but it has quite a few practical applications:Art projects involving various mood lighting or black lights. Barriers for cars that will illuminate when headlights shine on them. Finding a lost rope by sweeping a flashlight and waiting for your rope to shine back at you.Also, it glows. How much more convincing do you need?

Ordered this for the front guide rope on our camping tent. We had issues before with attempted decapitations with line provided with the tent. Problem solved and amazingly it does glow and reflects light. No reported injuries. A must have.

I've purchased other "ropes" that glowed better but weren't as thick or strong so I guess there's give and take. This is a strong rope that I keep for emergencies and it's just what I wanted even if the glow is a little weaker than expected.

This rope does glow...but only immediately after experiencing indoor light. I left the rope outside all day and then when it was night it vaguely glowed. I was disappointed. This rope is suited for indoors not outdoors. :(

We love this rope. It truly does glow in the dark for hours on end. It is especially great when the power goes out and you can't see anything except the glow of the rope. We used it to make lanyards on our flashlights/battery operated lanterns so that we could locate them during a power outage. Works great! I highly recommend this product. It does what it says its suppose to do which is glow in the dark.

This cord that I ordered does not glow in the dark for 4 hours. In fact, we got to the lake at 8 am, set up camp by 9 am and had cut proper lengths for tying down our canopys and this glow in the dark cord was exposed to intense lake side sunlight ALL DAY. Once the sun was completely set, this so called glow in the dark cord glowed for about 10 minutes and was incredibly dim at that. In fact, this glow in the dark cord is of such a low quality that our 5 double mantle lanterns didn't produce any more glow when we turned them off to test the glow of this cord. So....after this lantern test, I used my tactical flashlight which burns at 950 lumens rendered the same results with this cord. This "glow in the dark" cord sold by Toy Barn is definitely of the lowest quality possible and we will not purchase anything more from them.

Honestly, I have dealt with glow cords and stuff in the past and I have to say that this stuff is bright. So much so that all the kids I know wanted some. It's like a glowstick in the dark if you charge it long enough. It has just the right amount of strength (although stronger is usually better) but for what I use it for when I go camping & stuff is supurb. I have extra in my survival and bug out bags along with lots of real Paracord. Rope will always be an invaluable item in such cases. But such a bright glow makes tying knots in the dark that much easier. Definately worth the price. Easy and fast shipment. No delays. I WILL BE BUYING MORE! Lol

Really nice rope it's, 50ft is way too long hahaha..this rope does glow in the dark.perfect for everyday use around the house, perfect for my truck.i give it 5Stars.......

It's rope. It sort of glows for a while but not very brightly. It's still rope though!
