This is the first time something like this happens with any selfie stick I have purchased
First off the reason I am giving this only three stars is because I opened up the package and tried to put the selfie stick to use and right when I put my phone in the clamp it seriously broke. This is the first time something like this happens with any selfie stick I have purchased. I will update my status after I talk with someone or they fix this issue. It seems like it is made of good quality and it does have the shutter button on it to take the pictures. It is also Bluetooth compatible so that is a good thing about this selfie stick. Some of the other sticks are not Bluetooth they have to be plugged into the phone and monopod. My package did come in on time as expected and was packaged nicely. I have received this item at a discount or free in exchange for an honest review. This is my own honest opinion and hope it helps you out.

I really enjoy using selfie sticks! There are a LOT of different selfie sticks on the market now. Most have a very similar look/feel/design/etc.What I like about this stick:- Breaks down to smaller pieces for easier storage- Nice grip to reduce slips- Adjust easily for multiple phones w/ a secure hook- Easy charge, good battery life, and on/off switch seems to help save on battery life compared to other sticks I've used.- Good warrantyWhat I do not like:- Pieces could get lost since it's not all one piece

will not pair. will not work, I do not want to fool with it. Also instructions on box say 'refer to manual', there was no manual included Bad story ReturnedUpdate May 4, 2015. Pixstix promptly issued a refund. But then they also sent a replacement Stick, free of charge, and asked that I try again. The replacement works Other than a test, I have not yet tried it out. But assume it will continue to work. I do respect their initiative to satisfy a customer so will change my rating from 1 to 4

STURDY STICK
This selfie stick really does the job. It is sturdy enough to hold my Iphone6 and convenient enough to fit in my bag. The blue tooth factor on the stick is a bonus and was quite easy to connect. The first stick sent did not work and I returned it with no problem and had another stick shortly thereafter. Very, very pleased with product and service.

Awesome Customer Service!
Previously received one that paired but not connect button did not work. I wrote the review stating the problem A couple days later I got word from a Pixstix representative. They were sending me a replacement at no additional charge as part of the fee lifetime warranty. This is customer service that is unheard of today. The replacement arrived and it is all that is advertized. Works perfectly. Be aware the bluetooth is for android 3 or higher!

This product was easy to install/set-up and easy to use. Seems to work well and certainly gets enough distance between you and the camera to capture a group of several friends. Not to mention that it was delivered in less than 48 hours - on a Sunday no less!

I bought one a few days before a cruise trip ...
I bought one a few days before a cruise trip with family. The stick recognized and connected with my phone but it would never take a photo whenever I pressed the button. I thought maybe it was just my phone but I tried it on two other phones with no results. To somehow make use of the stick, I ended up setting the timer on my phone for pics.
