Hi! I use these to get rid of my "mustache" every so often. I cut a sheet into strips the width of the space between my nose and upper lip. Then I hold each piece under the hot air of my hairdryer for about 30 seconds. Peel each piece apart, press one waxy side firmly on the hair, rub back and forth a few seconds and RIP OFF! I takes about 4 of these small pieces to completely remove all hair. Therefore this one box has lasted years and saved me lots of money and trips to the salon.

Just take the strip and rub it between your palms for a few seconds. The friction warms the strip and wax.

These strips are specific to the face. I believe though, that this company makes strips for the bikini area.

However many times it takes to get all the hair off. Are you a really hairy person? If so you might want to buy multiple boxes I use it for waxing eyebrows and lip so I cut to fit and last long time.
