Toyota Genuine Oil Seal for Differential Side Gear Shaft

Installed and seated correctly. No leaks so far 2008 Toyota FJ

This seal fit perfectly. It shipped quickly, was unopened and still inside the oem plastic bag. The price for it was great.

This is the passenger side dif seal. The right part for my 2002 TRD despite what Amazon says. FYI, the Driver side is a different part. Also, check the manual re seal depth. Should be 5.5mm. Don't be dumb and put it in too far otherwise you will be ordering another and doing it again. Ask me how I know.PPS. It is a tight fit but you can do this seal with the CV still in the wheel and the tie rod still connected. Just need to pop the LBJ.

I saw a review that said this fit his drivers side perfect in his 2008 taco, so I bought it. Went to install and it’s way too big. Really disappointed that my truck is just sitting disassembled until I can find the right one.4 stars cause it’s probably right for the passenger side and they technically didn’t say it was for the drivers side, but they didn’t say it’s for passenger side either.

Absolutely perfect fit and high quality seal.

Lots of fun getting this little guy in place, but I what can I say, it’s Genuine Toyota. So I know I won’t be doing it again for a very long time. Highly recommend

Does not fit driver side on an 07. It's far too large. Money wasted and now I have to find a ride to a parts store over a 10 dollar part
