Empire State [DVD + Digital]

Great movie one I will watch again.

This was an interesting movie about based on a true story about a Greek guy from NY that pulled off the biggest heist in US history in 1982. I loved that this movie had a Greek element to it and had Greek actors who spoke Greek as well as non-Greek actors speaking Greek. There are some up and coming Greek actors in this movie to watch out for: Chris Diamantopoulos, Greg Vrotsos, and Manoli Ioannidis.

Movie was nothing remarkable, but a good overall film. I did enjoy how it was based on a true story. Acting was good (no clue why folk say it was bad,) story was great, old 70s theme was kinda offputting and boring for my taste but done well, nothing really wrong with the movie just nothing remarkable about it. If I could give a specific rating it would be 3.75/5 which rounded up to 4. Feel like giving it a 5 cause of teh troll reviews.

This is a robbery within a robbery story, based on a real event. The movie on the whole is entertaining but probably falling just short of four-stars. The action is not plentiful gripping. The movie is probably most memorable for the acting of Michael Angarano. He is so arrogant and stupid that you get angry that the nice guy Liam Hemsworth allows himself to be dragged into trouble by Angarano, time and again. I dare say if this movie can be rated 4-stars, it is only because of Angarano, against whom, Dwayne Johnson and Hemsworth pale in comparison.

The order arrived on time and was as describe by the seller. I always love Dwayne Johnson in WWE and now he has been actiong for almost 10 years already. I love all his movies and in this movie the movie talk about he is a cop and try to caught a bad guy and try to caught the guy who try to rod and steal all the money.

First of all any movie with Dwayne Johnson in it is going to be awesome he is an awesome actor I love him and he's funny and the movie is just so good you'll love it

I'm a fan of Dwayne Johnson but I can't say this is one of his better movies. The language could have been cleaned up a bit but otherwise not a bad movie.

This was one of the "suckiest" movies I've seen in a while. Typically anything with Dwayne Johnson in is watchable...not this! Now at least 2 of the Hemsworth brothers have something in common, Liam made this piece of crap and Chris was in "Cabin in the Woods", and that stunk too! The story was just lame. High school kids doing a school play put more emotion and feeling into the story they are telling than these actors did. Thank goodness it was only 90 mins, and I actually sat through the whole thing thinking this HAS to get better...it did not.
