Mixed Feelings but in the End Love It - Read view for explanation
The outside of the case is nice, appears durable, and it is exactly what I wanted. You get what you pay for though. The only downside to this is that the line is cheap and tears easily. I will be using it in on a trip next week and expect the inside to receive some damage. However, what you need to remember is all that is important about this case is good. What I mean is the quality of the outside, the lightweight, the padding to protect the computer. The tearing of the lining does not worry me and I know it will happen, but when is not known. Then again, it is was in the low $20. If you are looking for a functional case, cheap price, get it - just remember it has a cheap lining that will tear.Update: It was light weight - very long shoulder strap and being tall, I appreciate it so it does not choke me. I could use it crossbody so I could hold onto my cane. It did not weigh me down in the airport was easy to use through security....and one use/trip - it has not torn. I have a wheeled case but when traveling alone, it is not easy to hang onto my walking aids, luggage, etc.

It holds my computer and gear
The bag holds the gear I need for collage. It's made of heavy canvas and the straps are wide enough to be comfortable. The padded cover on the strap keeps it from digging into shoulder when the bag is loaded. All the seams and zippers are secure and slide well. There aren't any stray threads or missed seams.Best of all, it holds my laptop without crowding my books for school. There was room to put my billfold and a few other odds and ends. I put my tablet in the back zip compartment on the outside of the bag. The front compartment has a place for pens and pockets for ID or business cards. I have a Contigo reusable bottle. The pockets on each end of the bag will hold it even though it's a little larger around than a regular water bottle. It was important to me that the buckles on the bag fasten securely and they do. The stitching in the straps around the buckles are secure. The buckles themselves are made of sturdy plastic that doesn't seem likely to break. They snap securely in place and hold when tugged. The bag is just what I need for college. It's solid, durable and (thankfully) holds my gear without being crowded. I love it.

Style (Somewhat) Over Function
If you're like me, one bag doesn't cut it (gym clothes/gear, lunch/breakfast, laptop, work documents, etc.). So having a bag that can do many things at once is vital to clutter-free commuting. This bag falls short of that goal.Logically, a 15-15.6 inch laptop bag isn't going to be as big as 17"+ bags, but I didn't think it'd be this slim. The outer shell is very sturdy and doesn't appear easy to saturate with liquid, but at the expense of making the bag stiff, and not so roomy. The compartments inside are superfluous, to be honest - cheap-feeling nylon creates dividers for where pens and phones can go, but for things that get used daily, its pointless, as they'll likely get stuffed in the front zipper section haphazardly due to how tight the space is.. The laptop compartment itself doesn't provide much protection from falls, however, with how compact everything is, I can't imagine there being much jostling inside. I can fit a binder and a notepad along with my laptop, but you can tell much else will push the space limitations. While the functionality doesn't climb higher than a standard bag, the style element can't be downplayed. The metal accents on this bag all have a dark, rich mirror finish. The bag itself is nearly exactly the same dark gray as it is in the pictures, and contrasts well with the black features. It's lightweight, and looks stylish on my desk, while taking up less space than my previous oversized bag.It likely won't be my last bag, and lacks the versatility some other bags in this price range and above offer, but a sleek, stylish, entry level bag that mostly serves it's purpose is a good start.

Didn't Work for Me
I really wanted to like this case but it just wasn't going to happen. The main issue I have with it is the arrangement of the compartments/pockets.I love that the computer compartment folds flat for TSA, but the compartment needs to be on the "back side" away from the front zipper pockets. The computer pocket also has lots of room - it's the expanding pocket - to put items across from it. However this is impractical. It would have been more useful if the other zip compartment (the one that's on the back) could have been flipped with the computer compartment, and that pocket have the expanding area for holding books, papers, work folders, etc.So the hunt is still on.If they ever reverse the pockets and make changes to the width of the "non-computer" pocket, I'd buy it again!

Sturdy, sensible laptop bag
I wasn't in the market for anything heavy or too fancy, and this laptop bag was the perfect solution. My 15.6" laptop fits perfectly, along with my headphones, cords, notebooks and planner. It's fairly weatherproof - I've been caught in the rain with no problems at all. The zippers are sturdy, too - no catching and zip smoothly every time.I definitely recommend this bag! It's great for travel, too.

Great Laptop bag for the price
My laptop fits in this perfectly. The material outside seems very durable, I'll know more after I have had it a while. I like the metal hooks for the shoulder strap that is one reason I purchased this one. I was afraid the plastic ones wouldn't hold up. The inside is okay, I would have liked a little more softer material, but I think it will be okay. Storage space is very adequate, everything fits perfectly.

Very Satisfied
My LG Gram 17" fits with about 1/2" or 1/4" space on both sides. I really like the zippered pocket for the power cord and an external mouse so I don't clutter up other sections of the case with those. Enough pockets and pouches for my papers and other work items. The strap is fine. I don't travel much so I can't really comment on it's durability.
