Orion SkyQuest XT8 PLUS Dobsonian Reflector Telescope

The scope arrived in two packages one day apart but it was good that the base came on the first day as it gave me time to put it together before the the tube arrived, once it was together I just wanted to see what it was like and what I could see but unfortunately the first few days were very cloudy with a lot of rain. But I have now been out in the backyard with it and even with just the eyepieces that came with it I was very pleased that i purchased this scope as I was thinking of getting the 6inch dob and not the 8inch but but I think I did the right thing. I would recommend this scope to beginners and The more experienced too great item just want to use it every night now.

Worked through my summer break to buy this and absolutely do not regret spending every penny i had on it. The experiences I've had already are worth ten fold the money i paid.
