Flew through this book in 2 days. I love Kalyn and this was definitely the "pep talk in a pocket" that she promised!

I love the book but the cover overall book doesn’t feel like “good quality” it feels like those very cheap notebooks we can get

Ich Folge Kalyn Nicholson schon seit Jahren auf ihrem Youtubekanal und höre auch ihren Podcast. Deswegen habe ich mich sehr über ihr erstes Buch gefreut, dass sozusagen mehrere Coffeetalk Themen abschneidet. Zwar geht Kalyn nicht sehr in die Tiefe zu den unterschiedlichen #feels, aber man kann sich trotzdem sehr mit den Worten identifizieren und defintiv positive Denkanstöße gewinnen :)

In your darkest times, or when you feel lost reading this book fells like a big hug. The author knows what she's talking about & understands, what is needed to shift your mind in every situation.Thanks Kalyn for this amazing book!
