If it's too good to be true. . .
This alluringly low-priced (approximately a third of the Lenovo brand) replacement for the standard Lenovo battery arrived quickly, ran out two hours after insertion in my laptop and never recharged. Customer service, apparently in China, informed me after I complained of the following instructions: "Frist:when u received the battery ,please charger 12h,and discharger 7%，and repeat three times, the battery will work batter." How one monitors a 7% discharge, no more no less, escapes me. Apparently the lithium ion cells, made in Japan, are the old style that requires this extensive preparation for effective use. Inclusion of these instructions with the battery would have saved me much grief.
