This Organic Einkorn Fusilli Pasta had great flavor. However, the value for the money was a bit pricey for one box of 16 oz—pasta at $12.90. It is good pasta! But is a bit pricy. And also as the box says, has a distinct flavor, which I am ok with, but don’t love.

My wife has a gluten intolerance which has meant no pasta for her. I love pasta but hate eating something different than her at dinner. She has been trying different gluten free items, but most have been less than tasty. This is the first one that we have tried that didn't make me think that yeah Gluten Free, yuck. This tastes great, and I have even taken it to work for lunch.Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

I am new to einkhorn pastas so what a pleasant surprise. I like that it has a denser bite. Holds up well in casseroles. The nuttiness is not overwhelming so i dont really adjust my recipes for this pasta. I did try it in an italian minestrone soup and my husband thought it made the dish “too heavy” so I will use less quantity next time.

Virgin Wheat Fusilli pasta tastes great!! Delish wholegrain flavor like I could find in the 1980s. Cooked perfectly and clung to my Vegan Red Lentil Mushroom Tomato sauce as well. Delish taste just plain and without salt. So best naked organic Einkorn Wheat Pasta ever!! (I have tried many). This will be a staple for me.

This was delicious pasta. I’ve tried several brands of whole wheat pasta and this is by far the best. It was even perfect the next day. Will definitely buy again!
