I have been using a single cup strainer for my loose leaf teas and decided to try an infuser instead (less of a mess/easier, etc.). I tried a ball and didn't like the results. Then I decided to purchase this infuser and was so glad I did. It is so easy to use and even came with a great set of instructions and tips. It's large enough to reuse and make a few cups, too.Novart and Apple Juice Crew has great customer service, too, and has a free tea guide (it was informative!) for customers. I'd totally purchase from them again, too.Bottom line: this infuser works great, is easy to clean, plus the saucer actually comes in handy.

Excellent quality and well made product! I LOVE this tea infuser because it's very easy to use and great quality. I would never go back to using bags or my old ball n' chain infuser. Highly recommend tea lovers to try this tea infuser and you will see why it's the best.
