The frame arrived well packaged and in a timely manner. The complaints about the tight fit is due to how the back secures onto the frame. If you’re gentle and patient, it won’t be an issue. I’m very pleased with how it looks and the vibe it’s giving with the print I used with it. Wish it came in smaller sizes. Would buy again and would recommend.

Looks great. Well packaged. I thought it might be cheap looking—actually looks great. A good choice and good value. Only hand-carved would be better.

I bought this frame to replace a broken one. I wasn’t sure about ordering a frame online but I needed an odd size that I could t find locally. This frame exceeded my expectations. It looks substantial, not flimsy at all. It really looks like an expensive frame. I am very happy with it and highly recommend it.

The front of the frame is nice BUT trying to put it all together was a terrible experience. The glass and backing are not inside the frame upon opening. Handling the glass was a bit scary as I didn’t want to break it and I also didn’t want to cut my fingers. Once that was done after 5-10 minutes, I placed my artwork into the frame, and spent another 10 minutes putting the backer on. It is the little metal tabs that hold the backing in place that get in the way of putting it together.

Gorgeous-looking frame but the components were so tightly fitted that the installation became extremely tedious. A metal ruler to help with insertion of the various components was essential during installation. Although I am satisfied with the product (hence the 5 stars review), I would not buy another frame from this brand unless there are improvements made in the construction of the frame going forward.
