bad quality , no one should try to figure out how to operate this thing, comes with poor instruction book, took me long time to search the web how to make both sides R/L work together at the same time, if i push or hold on one of the button it just calling a random name from contacts, and very often one side lose connection listing to songs it's feels like turning the lights on and off , anyway , not smooth experience

You get what you paid with this product. not happy because the product doesn't stay connected to my Apple IPad, or Samsung cell phone. The left side fads in and out. Sometimes, I have to remove the right side, to get the left side working. If there is operator error, I can't find good information regarding a fix to the problem. I would not recommend this product.

The part you put in your ears were extremely large unlike other ears pods so they were very uncomfortable for me to wear. The packaging it was in looked like it had been sitting in a warehouse for a very long time. If I saw it on a shelf I would have never purchased. However, my brother in law seemed very happy with them because his ears were large enough for the pods.

For some reason, the left ear-bud loses the bluetooth every so often. While I am running, it usually gets it back quickly and is often in the same spot on my run, which is weird.All in all I am happy with them, and the sound quality is equal to the wired phones that came with the i-phone 6 (which I felt were very good).

This product arrived with the box taped together, like it had been previously returned and they were trying to dump it off on some other customer. When we opened up the case to look at the ear buds, there was dirt underneath each earbud. Super gross. The whole case is scratched up and dirty; and the right earbud won't even charge or turn on at all.The description on the listing makes it sound like these are new; but I assure you the set we've got looks like it's been rolling around in the bottom of some dude's gym bag for a minimum of six months. Don't waste your time or money.

This item was prefect for 3 months. Bought October 16, 2019. They stopped charging January 2020. Lasting 3-5 months. I tried several things, even prolonged charging, thinking it was something I was doing. It can be returned within 6 months to Amazon. It's March 2020 now, too late for me. Buy a better pair.

This product is TERRIBLE, When i read the reviews apparently there where other product before these earbuds, so i trusted and buy it. The volume is almost none, I can barely hear anything in max volumen. Also, battery life is terrible. Sadly I realize this later, because i dindt use them a lot. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! so i can buy a propper earbuds.

They're not the best. They work just fine...if you don't mind that the volume is fairly low, even at the highest amount you can listen to it, which is the main reason for which I wear ear buds.
