This food scale works great. It easily switches between kilograms and pounds. It comes with a bowl that is very durable. Size is perfect to leave on the counter and I think it is a great value for the money. It is simple to use and accurate. Will recommend.

This scale is a game changer for my baking. Weighing ingredients is now working so much better than just measuring them. This scale works like a dream. It runs with batteries and is very sturdy. Can hold any amount of weight, and it's easy to zero out so you can use any container to weigh what you need to. It also comes with a convenient container that you can use to put your items in. It measures even the tiniest increments very accurately. Highly recommend this scale!

It works well. I have other products from this brand and have really enjoyed the quality. The scale is responsive, accurate, and easy to store. The bowl that comes with it is easy to clean and the perfect size for portioning meat for batch freezing. The scale itself is lightweight and not bulky, it fits in the bowl for easy storage.

I decided to replace my old scale with an electronic one and I am wondering why I didn't do it sooner. I am an avid baker and this little gadget has helped me with recipes that requires little amount of ingredients. I love that there are many unit measures that can be accessed with the push of a button (grams, oz, liquid oz, ml, and others that I can' t read). This scale is really accurate, it came with the two small batteries required so as soon as it was out of the box it was ready to go. It is very simple to use (only two buttons) and the design is very sleek and modern and it looks great on the counter; this scale is also very slim so it fits easily into a drawer if you prefer to have it out of sight. All in all, money well spent and and I am very very satisfied with it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This scale's 0.1g resolution, given its 5kg rating, is a real plus. I also like its display: it's large and nicely backlighted. Units available include grams, ml, ounces, pounds/ounces, and fluid ounces. ml and fl oz, both units of volume, have water and milk settings; I have checked neither for accuracy. I use grams almost exclusively for cooking, but being able to weigh small packages in lb/oz is a plus. (The ounces are in decimal rather than fractional form.)It comes with a clear shallow bowl that nests over the platform; handy for weighing fruits and some veggies.The only drawback--one that isn't enough to earn a star demerit--is the all-in-one button for on, off, and tare. Shutting the scale off requires pressing and holding the button for 2 seconds (it says 3 in the instructions, but it's 2), which can seem like a long wait if your have stuff you need to take off the burner. But that's a minor nit. Overall, it's been a pleasure to use.

This is the best kitchen scale I have ever owned. It's the perfect size. I've used it a number of times and it's perfect every single time. It's sensitive and so easy to use. It is definitely well made and high quality. It's really attractive so I can just leave it on my kitchen countertop. Also, shipping was very fast. I definitely recommend this scale.

Great small scale. Easy to use and it doesn't take up much counter space. Love the red. Bought one for myself and another for my son. A must have for some recipes that give amounts in grams/ounces, instead of cups. Perfect for weekly feeding of my sour dough starter.
