Hello — we'd recommend using this scrub in place of a shampoo once or twice a week: gently massage the scrub paste on the scalp to obtain a rich foam, adding water if necessary. Rinse thoroughly and then apply a nourishing conditioner or mask. Use every two or three shampoos.
