Great book! My department oversees the student government at a community college and our budget is relatively limited. This book gave us a lot of ideas for activities at the cost of free or very little money needed! Would definitely recommend for team building!

This is a great book full of icebreaker games for children. Some require equipment others only require bodies. I had to get this book for a PE methods class for my elementary education degree.

This is such a great resource for PE teachers, youth leaders, and even just to have as a reference for group activities and games.

So many good ideas, but most of this can be found elsewhere for a much more reasonable price. I plan on using these ideas with my classroom when we need some team building.
