These clips are big and cute. I really like this company's designs overall because they are so unique. Some have been bummed about the design not sealing on the open side. I would suggest trying some of the other designs that are more bulky in the middle. Look at the side view pics to get an idea of the height of the middle section. Those work well for thick hair. Or, consider using two clips or clip the end of the hair in place instead of clamping down in the most bulky part. I feel like with a bit of creativity, one could do a lot of cool styles with these.

I have very long, very thin hair and these clips hold it all easily and securely. I wear them frequently because I can match basically any color outfit. Sturdy, hard plastic that doesn't feel like it's going to snap or break. Overall very pleased 😊

I received these today and really like them. Firstly, they’re really attractive. I love how they look, and I very much like the rich colors. They appear to be very sturdy. I have very long fine hair, and, even though it’s fine, I have a lot of it. I have even more now thanks to the pandemic. I followed the video, which I recommend watching, and put my hair in a French twist. Once I got the clip properly placed, it looked and felt very well. The only drawback is that the clip doesn’t close all the way once it’s in place. That’s not the fault of the clip; it’s because the amount of hair I have is almost more than the maximum it can hold. The RC Roche French Concord clip works better for my hair. I wouldn’t recommend this type of clip to anyone who has thick hair. Bear in mind that the clips are quite large in terms of length, and they’re quite eye-catching. If you want something that blends in more with your, these aren’t the ones for you. I’m looking forward to using them to keep my hair off my neck this summer.

Good quality and looks pretty but doesn't stay in place.

These don’t work well. The idea of the long, thin shape is great because sits not typical. But they don’t hold hair in place and what is the point of a hair clip that can’t hang onto the hair? Plus they break super easily.

These clips have strong springs for heavy hair like mine. The colors are also good & there are some teeth on the upper part to help hold. Stayed put over my big twist up but I added a 2nd one to be sure. Good product & good price.

I liked that these were large in length to use for a quick updo. Unfortunately, I did not like the fact that there are only "teeth" on 1 side of the clip, which means it doesn't hold my hair in place for the updo style I'm trying to achieve.

Thanks to the pandemic I haven’t been in a salon in months and my hair is uncomfortably long. These clips are strong, well-made, and a good size.
