Tastes horroble
I usually love birthday cake flavour things but this tastes vile. Has a really nasty aftertaste. Only used it a few times and can't give the bloody stuff away. It's a shame because I've enjoyed all the other syrups I've tried.

Not up to par...
I have over a dozen Simply Syrups and this is by far the least appealing. Kinda tastes like Birthday cake but is VERY chemically and way below the quality of their other syrups, which, are typically very good. I won't be buying this again. Just need to decide what to do with it now!!

Awful
This brand of syrup is normally my favourite but this one is horrendous. It smells weirdly fruity but tastes like artificial flavourings of some kind. I don't even know what it tastes like but it's definitely not cake. It's not vanilla or almond and it's not even raspberry ish like jam. It just tastes of artifice and regret. Try their honeycomb or mint instead, avoid this like the plague.

Disgusting no taste waste of money
I was so exited to try this and it was absolutely disgusting!! I did mean to order sugar free, however I tried it anyway. Doesn’t have any sort of taste left a horrible chemically after taste i binned the whole bottle! Stuck to my skinny co coffee syrups
