Best pan ever!
After struggling with pans that get scratched and dinged quickly (including the so-called copper pans), this pan has been a joy to use. No warping, great heat distribution, easy to clean, and perfect for our dippy eggs - no broken yolks. Used it last night again to make Mexican rice. I love the wooden spatula and am thankful for a lid that fits! Indoor Ultima - please make this pan in a smaller size too. I will buy one!You will need to attached the handle when it arrives. I would have preferred that it had been factory installed for a firmer attachment but it seems like it will be fine.

Love this skillet
I have a full Cuisinart Stainless Steel set that I just love. Sometimes though I need a quick non-stick pan, so I bought this one. I have made stirfrys, eggs both scrambled and fried, and have not had any problems at all. I do use butter, margarine or olive oil though. I can't imagine cooking without using some sort of fat. There's a reason why every recipe calls for it. As for cleanup, as soon as I'm done plating, I always soak the pan in hot soapy water so cleanup is a breeze. So glad I bought this skillet.

Pros and cons
The only thing is it's not made of granite purely, instead it's made of aluminum that is covered with a layer of granite, I preferably wanted one that is made of only granite stone. Everything else about it I think is perfect, really easy to clean and completely non-stick, the heat distribution is fine as well.

Always Pan Alternative?
The Always Pan has been in my newsfeed for weeks and I really want one but I found this pan when searching for a cheaper alternative.Pros:-Lightweight and easy to handle compared to my heavy Le Cruset.-Surface is extremely non stick so far. Not even burned cheese sticks to it.-Easy to clean. Just wipe or rinse out.-Even heating and flat surface so eggs stay where you put them and they don’t slide off to the edges.-Great size for all sorts of meals.-Like the Always Pan, it looks great on my stove and it can boil water for noodles, makes great eggs, great for stir-fry, can fry in small batches, and comes with a wooden spatula.Cons:-You have to attach the lid knob and handle yourself with no instructions included.-The lid is not ideal. It cracks and pops quite a bit when it heats up and I am afraid that it may break.-The metal rim around the lid collects water and can transfer food smells from one dish to the next.I have ordered the Always Pan anyway since it is on sale and it won’t arrive for another month. This pan will work until it arrives.

Requires assembly, definitely non-stick though!!
The media could not be loaded. I have researched non-stick pans a little, and have found that basically all of them lose their non-stick properties over some period of time, the cheaper ones losing it more quickly. Since I didn't want to spend over $100 on one, I grabbed this one to see if I could baby it and get some time out of it. So far so good, but I've only had it around a month.I have done eggs, pancakes and re-fried rice, thin steaks and veggies and it has worked perfectly so far. I have NOT put the pan in the dishwasher, but have washed the top that way with no issues. I just find hand washing these types of pans to help them last longer (maybe it's placebo effect). One thing to note is that the pan comes in pieces and with a screwdriver to put it together. I made a short video talking about that process and showing you how to do it. Overall I would say that it's a great looking pan, I just hope it holds up for a while. I will be sure to report back if/when I have any updates!!

Not as non-stick as advertised.
Didn’t really end up as non-stick as advertised.

Don’t order this, will fall apart on you
Don’t order this, we got this on prime day and thought we were getting an awesome deal but this frying pan has to be put together and the handle won’t stay on. Don’t waste your money, we returned this immediately.

I like it.
Only used it once so far, to cook potstickers. It was a breeze and they came out perfect. Only gripe is promo said dishwasher safe. But info in package said no. But clean up was a breeze.
