Plastic smells disgusting, but decent sound quality
The sound quality is excellent, although the maximum volume is barely good enough to hear in a car. Granted, some of that it the fault of the phone. The main problem with this headset is that it stinks. Literally. The manufacturer must have used some sort of horrible plasticizer. Despite sitting in open air for a week, the stench is still there. It's not constant, fortunately. However, it wafts by your nose randomly while you're on the phone. If they fixed these problems, I would give it 5 stars.

piece of junk
This is a piece of junk. I have owned several other air-tube headsets, and while they didn't last super long, I could hear fine through them. This one was crazy quiet and the sound cut in and out and crackly interference kept cutting in. Returning it. Don't waste your money.

Volume is very loa.
Really poor sound quality making it useless in a car or any room that has some background noise.
