Exhaust Header for: Coleman CT200U 196cc/6.5HP Gas mini bike.

No problems or complaints, very straight forward product, makes the engine nice and loud, sounds more like a dirt bike or pit bike now, and there is a lot of down crackling which is indicative of a highly free flowing exhaust, which is what this products intention is, perhaps a little too free flowing but all that popping wont hurt the engine at all. or you could always look for a different set up with a muffler or baffle. DO NOT purchase this product if you want to keep the engine running quiet, id say for a general reference that its about 6-7 times louder all around than it was originally stock. Would say maybe find some exhaust wrap if you like to ride with shorts on, i personally ride with long pants for a number of reasons and i haven't been bothered, do not work on the engine while the muffler is hot or you'll probably touch it at some point. also would recommend some high heat paint on the pipe because when it gets hot which will be on the first ride, metal is gonna start to blue, also it will protect from rust, these pipes come raw metal

Would definitely recommend. The look and feel is great. Build quality for sure. The sound made from changing to this piece is great. I will say I noticed a little more pick up with using this product. If your main reason is for sound this is great, don’t buy if your thinking it will be super fast with it.

Fit perfect. Sounds good. Wrap it with exhaust wrap so you don’t get a tattoo that you were not expecting.

I put this on my Coleman ct200u and it shoots like inch flames just getting to top speed. Then when u hit top speed backfire it will put out a foot long torch. It’s hardcore for sure but ur gunna wanna save ur old exhaust if u ever wanna go off-roading so u don’t light the forest on fire. Sounds and looks great tho. I feel like I’m a Honda Civic driver now
