The stockings were worn to control swelling in my feet and legs.
I have worn these stockings for a very long time because they consistently work to control swelling. They are easier to put on than it may seem even with my arthritic hands. They are easy to wash and dry quickly. I recently purchased 5 pair, the first I have purchased in over a year because the elasticity remains in these stockings.I highly recommend Mediven Comfort stockings because they look very pretty as well as "do the job" to curtail swelling.

Elastic lace band stretches and won't stay up on thigh.
The stockings are very nice, but they are useless because the elastic lace top stretches until the stocking fall down.
