After painstakingly looking at many similar items, I chose this one. It is a little more expensive than some, but I have been very happy with it, and have also given it as a gift since then.I love the efficient use of space for a four-person setting. The wooden cheese board, s&p, and corkscrew give the set an upscale feel. Prior to having this kit, a blanket and bottle were two things that usually got left behind. Now, I really appreciate having them attached and ready-to-go. The insulated cooler compartment is sturdy and well-lined. It might not be enough room to contain an entire 4-person picnic, but it will keep your chilled items nicely contained. Folks who are familiar with a good picnic hike know that you normally have to bring two separate bags for cool items and non-perishables anyway.

So this is my favorite picnic basket as though the other "basket" types are adorable, this is super functional and your husband will carry it because its actually a bookbag so he still feels cool. It has everything for a good time starting with a wine holder for your red and a cooler inside that you can store some bubbly or white if your prefer. All the included plates, napkins, cups, utensils are great. It even boasts a wine opener so you don't have to use your teeth! Don't think twice! Snag this while you can!

When looking to purchase a picnic set, I chose this one in part because it noted it was designed and assembled in the USA. However when I received the item, the salt & pepper shaker and napkins are clearly marked “Made in China”.The quality seems good and the cutting board is thick and sturdy. It would be nice if the straps and backing had more cushion.

Pack this up, wine, some hot or cold items in the main insulated compartment, strap it to the sissy bar of your bike, and ride off to a nice secluded park for a really nice grass picnic, has everything you need, glasses, plates, silverware, napkins, bottle cozy, thermal compartment, cork screw, butter/cheese knife, and a nice fleece blanket.

Great bag. Great equipment. The cooler space is a little tight, but it works; you just have to be organized.Only drawback is the sound of the velcro when you walk around, but that can be remedied by tightening the straps.

Just used this pack for the first time last weekend, and while I enjoyed it I think a couple minor improvements would make it better. First the good part - everything you need for a picnic, always together in one place, easy to add your wine, cheese, bread etc and hit the road. The two suggestions I'd make to the designer are#1 the cool compartment is very narrow and does not have much capacity. If you wanted to take a pint-sized container of some salad, it is not wide enough.#2 the shoulder straps are thin and uncomfortable. I don;t think they were well designed for the weight to be borne by the pack if it is well loaded with food & wine, along with the std accessories.Net-net, good pack (not great) + good price = a good buy...just wish it were a great one!

I am in love with this set. The pieces are all made extremely well and stay nicely in their designated places in the backpack. The fabric is absolutely beautiful and the color is perfect. The backpack has plenty of room for all the food you would need to bring.

Extremely cheap for the price. The shoulders straps are very basic and easily unlace, they are also very uncomfortable as they are thin and barely padded. For something that is meant to be taken for a small excursion, its certainly as uncomfortable to carry as basket to carry and much less beautiful. The blanket is way too small. The corkscrew is cheap and weak it broke on the first use and the blade with it is completely dull. The salt and pepper loading compartment are almost impossible to open(if you know how to open them without destroying the caps, please let me know). The wine bottle carrier is also too small, for example you can't fit a plastic water bottle in it.The rest is alright, but still cheap looking, The best part about this bag is the cutting board... which is functional. We went on a trip to Italy and wanted to carry it with us because of the insulated compartment and what not... Long story short, we only used it on the first day and then used a bag that I purchased at a Bench store for 30$. Not only it was a lot more comfortable on the shoulders but it could fit a full size water plastic bottle. For something that cost 4 times that, its pretty terrible.Avoid these bags like the pest, buy yourself a good backpack and unbreakable kitchen ware it will serve you a lot better for a lot less.

Except the plastic glass, other items are ok.
