Good Laser with design flaw
I was initially very impressed with this laser sight. I had it one day and my opinion changed. I wear my pistols in an In waist band holster and cross carry. After just one day of carry, sitting, and walking with my weapon holstered, i found that the rubber switch covering on the rightside of the laser had been torn. I didn't even remove my gun from the holster. If the sight was redesigned with the switches at the base of the device I would consider it again. I like the green laser. The side mounted switches predispose them to either being pressed on or having the gasket damaged if you wear it IWB. This design might be better suited for OWB holsters or shoulderholstered.New review, ........the customer service team at Lumen is BEYOND FANTASTIC. I have NEVER had a response so quickly from any other company.Mr.Jiayu showed true concern for my dissatisfaction and issued an immediate return authorization.it took me a while to return it due to my own hectic schedule, but I received a new item within a week. Slightly new design, and I wish the buttons were on the end of the unit instead of the sides, but I'm very satisfied.Again, the BEST customer service of any. It's extremely bright and was easy to install and zero
I'm impressed with this laser sight. It's extremely bright and was easy to install and zero. I haven't fired with it attached to my pistol yet, so I don't know how well it holds zero, but so so far I find it easy to turn on and off.I agree with others that the charging pins seem a bit fragile and are worrisome to me. I would like to have seen a traditional micro USB instead of two precarious pins that could break off. Or maybe a magnetic charging system them could easily break away if needed!

Fits my Springfield Armory XD 45 ACP great. Received product 4 days ahead of schedule. Laser is very visible outside in sunlight.. Went to the range today and shot 150 rounds with no problems for alignment or laser coming loose. The only draw back is the recharge cord is too short even if the laser is not attached to the handgun. I juggled my unloaded handgun around in the case and was not able to accidently activate the on/off switch. Now I need to find a holster that will fit for final test. Overall, great product. I do like the service note accompanying the product providing an 800 number to give them a chance to answer any questions if product fails or use of laser.

Great laser! So compact and rechargable
Great laser! So compact and rechargable. I put it on my Walther PPX. I get 20' maybe 30' on a bright day but in the woods under the tree canopy 150'. Night time it will reach out further than you can shoot. I took away one star because even though they're not any perfect lasers for use in the bright day light hrs. this is the best I've found. I love it!

Rechargeable batteries same this review
This keeps draining my battery in the holster and I have to charge it every time I want to use it. Don't put this on your personal defense weapon as you be disappointed when it doesn't work when you really need it.

Poor switch covers
I have not shot the pistol since mounting the laser, however, the rubber caps on the push buttons have split apart on both sides and the switch does not work unless I use something to press in on the switch. I will write the company, just as soon as I complete the property sale which is taking most of my time during the past 5 days. further the shape of the laser is incorrect. I will need to modify it in order to get the laser close to the trigger guard of my P22 Walther.Seems as if it will work OK other than these points.

Battery life between charges is OK at best. It's not the most convenient to thing to have to carry the cord and charger around and it's unique so if you misplace it... your screwed.

Cheap ompared to others but works great. Hard to find a holster to fit but easy to remove and reinstall.
