Works great on pups. One pup I manually pilled Current pup eats the tablets for me without issue (she knows she needs it). I followed the directions on the label :) wonderful stuff!

A little preface before I go into the product itself. I work at a health food store, and I run into all kinds of people. And I can tell you with confidence that something is wrong with us ladies once we hit late forties. It's always women around my age who flock to the urinary tract section. Doesn't seem to matter if you're a frisky old married lady or a nun, well groomed or questionable hygiene, there's got to be some kind of Infection Fairy who grants us this lovely right of passage.Thing is, I thought I was lucky, said to myself, "so glad I don't get those infections anymore like when I was a kid.". Well let me tell ya....thought everything was fine until I went to bed a few nights and thought someone torched the nethers with a well fueled lighter. I thought, "nah, couldn't be," but decided to take something to make sure, couldn't hurt. I knew what to grab since I heard this was good stuff. Well let's just say I was pleasantly surprised. It's only four days and has this not unpleasant fruit-like flavor to it, a little bitter undertone, but doable. The powder mixes right in and you can get it down easily. It's four times a day. So when I took the first time, it cleared up the issue right away. Didn't have that horrific pinching and burning anymore. It cleared up any question I had as to my issue.I had to purchase again because that Fairy stopped by again, so I ordered on Amazon because I needed it overnight and couldn't get to work beforehand. My option was the tablets. Now I can swallow ten capsules at once, no problem. But these guys were an issue for me. In fact I kept trying to swallow, but my body kept subconsciously holding back the tab, 😂! So I looked for my mortar and pestle to smash it, but I can't find it. So now I have to find something else to do that job since this can't be returned.The point of all of this is a) if you are getting to your forties, be forewarned. B) stock up on this product in the powder form if you get recurring infections because you don't want to be out of them. C). Start taking a probiotic specifically geared towards the female parts or take one that just targets urinary tract like Garden of Life Urinary formula. We have been out of stock but I've now decided it's a priority.Hope this helps!

These tablets by Vibrant Health are a life saver. If you are prone to occasional UTIs and if, like me they always hit on the weekend when no doctor is around, this is a crisis intervention formula that functions like an antibiotic. You take five tablets every 3-4 hours (the bottle has 10 doses in it) and it quickly treats some of the most stubborn UTIs. (Vibrant health also makes a daily maintenance formula that works wonders at warding off UTIs)I keep a full bottle of this on hand for crisis situations and it never fails me. Truly intractable UTIs MIGHT need antibiotic intervention in addition to this, but I've found that to be a rare occurrence. What this does for me fairly instantly is get rid of the acute symptoms that accompany the start of a UTI. And, as I said, it will also fully clear up most UTIs. It is a great product but I great company. I have nothing negative to say. Even the price is reasonable.BOTTOM LINE: If you are felled by the occasional UTI, it is definitely worth keeping a full bottle of this in your alternative medicine cabinet at all times. If you're like me and legions of other, your most painful symptoms will disappear shortly after your first dose.

They work! I'm not exaggerating. After having them all the time for no reason the doctors can figure out I finally quit the antibiotics and here's the answer! Amazing and fast acting. Highly recommend.I do suggest breaking them before you swallow these as they are big and I don't believe they were meant to be chewable. I start with the dose recommended the first day then cut back to two each time after that. Use what works for you. its unbelievable and I am so happy to have discovered them from a family member whose mother takes them.

I’m amazed how well these work. I’ve tried everything and these work better than anything I’ve tried! The only thing is they are very difficult to swallow because of the rough edges the pills have. I can swallow big pills but these were not only big but rough edges that seemed to cut the throat. I drink plenty of pills and never had issues with this kind of thing so next time I will have to buy the powdered version.

This D Mannose is the best I've used. You get powerful doses without easily getting diarrhea, it must be more pure. I've had some minor gassiness from dosing every 3-5 hours which is more than recommended, so can't blame the product. But really nothing compared yo other brands I've used. I have struggled with UTIs for almost 10 years and was totally in an antibiotic cycle. This stuff has helped me get out of It! If I start to feel the tiniest inkling of a UTI coming on, I can take this and it wipes it out. Now I am finding it best used as a preventative. I am most likely to get an infection due to sex, so I take 5 pills before if after sex and haven't had a UTI in a couple months. I am still trying to figure out how to heal my body...I'm taking probiotics, cutting down sugar, and starting to take colloidal silver. I also find Juniper Bucchu compound (from Taos Herb Co.) To be extremely effective. This D Mannose has been an integral part of my UT health journey. I only wish they sold it in bulk so I didn't have to keep buying little bottles, cuz I always need it on hand!!
