Mostly great!
These have been the only underwear I wear, no exceptions for the last 4 or 5 years. Terrific product and I have bought a lot of pairs - but the weird thing is the colored ones don't fit right. The blue red and green I almost never wear because they are not comfortable. Light blue , orange and white are so so but not the best.My advice is to order the charcoal, curfew, or black. All three of these fit great and comfortable. Do not order the other colors. They r not as good for some weird reason.

A MUST HAVE if you live in humid climates. These are SO comfortable.
Normally my underwear always ends up feeling nasty after one day of wearing them, but the material ex-officio uses is really fantastic - it feels very soft, and lasts quite a while.Cons:The colour does tend to fade after multiple washes, but I guess that is inevitable with any underwear.

Not just for travel
These started out as travel briefs to make 3 pair of underwear on a trip last a month. Just rinse and hang and they are ready in 6-8 hrs. Worked great in Europe and Central America. Jeans may have been dirty, but I had clean, dry underwear and socks.Got 3 more pair. Now they are my every day go-to because they are quick wicking and always stay in place.

reviewing underwear, really?
Why are these the highest rated men's boxer briefs? And why buy them when they are so expensive compared to your run of the mill packaged all cotton undies? As soon as you put them on you'll know, and wonder why you have a drawer full of 1960's all cotton whatever you want to call themI'm in my 40's and have been a baggy boxer wearer for over 10 years - which started because my got my some silk boxers ---- those are an experience in themselvesand worth having a few pair of silks in the drawer, silk doesn't give to much so loose pants only.before the boxers were ?????? I can't remember but I do know I haven't had tidy whities since the 5th grade. On the occasion of high G activity I would keep the boys in check with some boxer briefs (cotton) butthey have they're limits too and get bunched up, bag out, and just don't feel right.Earlier this year I found some longer boxer briefs, Jockey cotton with some spandex I thought these werea winner, they fit great were very comfortable, didn't bunch up, however were too warm for summer and the waist band was way too high for me.Time to go through the drawer and update into the current decade.I tossed out well over a dozen boxers and whatever else I had and still have a dozen I keptplus I have a few more to addin @ # 3 [...]Champion Men's Compression 6 Inch Inseam Shortall day comfort fantastic fit an OMG right when you put them ongreat support, great fit, great look, and great materialsin @ # 2 [...]Sport H-Fly Midway Brief - 2 packthese are IMO just better than the championsthe feel, the comfort, the OMG when you put them onand maybe a few more through out the day, everything is right where you put itweather a rigorous work out in the gym, @ work out on jobs in out of the truckon the site walking jumping reaching stretching - these are just awesomenote I ordered L and got mediums - those are really snug and will holdcup in place and still be comfortable all dayreordered L again and got large and these are darn near perfectso why aren't these #1 instead of #2in the top spot @ # 1 are easily the ExOfficio Men's Give-N-Go Boxer Briefs1. these are not compression support shorts2. they are not like "Spanx" for men3. they are not 6" inseams only 3"compression shorts may have their place and are easily expanding into everyday wear toohowever these Exofficio's are FANTASTICcool, dry , comfortable, feel the same when you put them on fresh to when you take them offthe same OMG feeling when you put them on and then again throughout the dayminimal shifting or reorganizing required great with shorts, slacks or jeansall day and all night comfort waist band not too high or too lowthe length comes in just above or @ mid thigh NO BUNCHING UPall 3 above WASH IN COLD, LOW HEAT IN THE DRYER or Hang to dryAfter wearing my first pair the first day I ordered 2 more!these I recommend to my friends (#3 & #2 I will as well) they are the new wave of underwear for menthat are critical of everything they deal with but haven't figured out what to replace theirbagged out cotton boxer briefs or tidy whities with. Man up and spend the $$$ and you'll never go backto 1960's underwear again.Wives / girl friends - if your man is just a whiner and needs mommy to buy his underwear get him 2 pair of thesehe might say wtf @ first, but then after he wears them he'll be all lovey dovey and ask for more :)honorable mention:[...]Jockey Pouch Midway Brief - 2 packwhile these didn't make the cut as listed above they do have a place in my drawerand will be used soon enoughthese guys are 97% cotton 3% lycra spandexthey fit good and feel good just not the same tingle up you spine like the ones abovethese will get their work out in the winter months here. Midways are awesome, above the knee / mid thigh in length no bunching like standard boxer briefssupport baggy boxers can never give and an added bonus of warmthgreat for cool day motorcycle rides snowmobiling skiing etcfor me the waist band is an inch too high and I prefer to wear them with thewaist band flipped over to lower them

Different colors = different feel and fit
So, ExOfficio has a problem. It's a real problem. I have bought far too many of this underwear to think my experience with ExOffocio’s Give-N-Go boxer brief is unique to me. I have been wearing the Give-N-Go since 2007-ish and the problem still exists. Before we get any deeper into this, I LOVE these underwear. I just want consistency. I deserve consistency. The problem that ExOfficio has is that each color of these things has their own unique fit and feel. It's enough of an issue that I am writing about it after buying maybe 4-5 dozen of these, of various colors, over the last decade +.For those coming from cotton underwear, these are a game changer. No more leaving the gym with heavy, sweat soaked calvin kleins. No more hot summer hikes where, at the completion of your journey, your sweaty undies are 4 sizes bigger than when you started. That's all done. After trying these out, you will never go back- never. They are that good. They last forever. They air dry in ridiculously fast (if you roll them in a towel to squeeze the water out 1st) and they look great. If you are a repeat customer of the brand, and you have tried different colors of these things, you have to be shaking your head like I am. Where is the consistency?Long ago I decided that black was the color for me. I preferred them to the light grey ones because they stayed noticeably tighter after a gym workout than their grey counterparts. The old royal blue ones were for hockey because they were over an inch longer in the thigh than either the black of the grey and had a very different feel/fit. YET THESE WERE ALL THE SAME SIZE!!!! Why the variation though?Fast forward to last week when I realized it's time for another dozen or so new pairs. I figured I would check Amazon, mainly to compare prices. In my haste, I mistakenly ordered the curfew (which is navy blue). On the website, they looked black so I pulled the trigger on 2 pairs. As an aside, Why the eff can't they just call them NAVY? Only the marketing geniuses @ OSG really know (or don't). That sort of nomenclature tomfoolery is tantamount to idiot parents who name their kid Mike, but they spell it as "Mi7ke" - with the 7 being silent. It's a total hardo move (says the guy with a user name of d0c <---- but that's only a screen name and the it's pretty clear @ that). Ok, back to the new navy ones - I didn't even know they were navy until I ordered 10 more pairs of black a few days later. No I can see the difference. Sadly, I can FEEL the difference too.The curfew fabric feels WAY better to me than the black. The fabric is smoother on the skin. This is undeniable. The criss-cross cut on the black is much more palpable than its curfew counterpart. Black is less silky to the touch. They wear differently as well. Same size on the label though. The navy ones are comfortably snug through the thigh and a bit looser in the crotch, whereas the black are tighter in the thigh and crotch. To me, the fit of the curfew is what a boxer brief should be; they stay in place on the thigh to keep my thighs from rubbing, yet they offer more swing room in the crotch, allowing my male anatomy to not be pressed against my body.Luckily I only opened one pair of the black, so 9 will be returned and replaced with navy/curfew. But the difference is HUGE HUGE HUGE, and I don't understand why. If Budweiser can make (in my opinion crappy, but consistent) beer that tastes EXACTLY the same in different parts of the country, using ridiculously different water supplies, shouldn’t we be at a point where underwear of different color would feel and wear the same? Consistency is the key here, or @ least it should be.Now, the Amazon pricing ... I feel like I need to check this like a day trader, because the price per pair on these has varied by over $5 (in the wrong direction) over the last week. I would like to replace the black with cur7few (see what I did there?), but @ the current prices, I could go brick and mortar and break even. Ughhh. Works great but expensive
The product delivers on all promises, as my ratings reflect, but later I was able to purchase what seems to be comparable boxers at Costco for much less. In all fairness, I've only tested the ExOfficio boxer and the Costco one for a short period of time [including hand washing], so perhaps over time they perform differently. And, I "paid extra" in time and gasoline, because I actually went to the Costco store to make the purchase, though I think its boxers may available online as well.

Fabric pilling
Worn once and i got fabric pilling on top of the thigh. I was sitting all day at work. Pretty disappointing.

A Comfy Bum, is a Happy Bum
Been a fan of ExOfficio give and go boxers for about 6 years now, ideal hiking underwear, very comfortable, lightweight, quick drying and capable of a few days without reeking. The wife was also impressed with the natty blue colour rather than the hideous, unflattering battleship gray of my previous pairs.Very good price considering they come direct from the US and all the import/customs fees are incorporated into the price.

These come up big
Ordered medium for a man that wears a 34 inch trousers. Nice looking pants but are too big. Hopefully they will shrink a bit with wash.

Most comfortable pair of boxers I've ever worn
Most comfortable pair of boxers I've ever worn! I wore these on a long day of travelling, including in hot weather. The next day I returned to cotton boxers and was heartbroken at how much of a difference there was. I've just ordered a second pair as I'm going travelling in Australia and I expect these will help minimize chafing and discomfort which can be an issue with cotton boxers in hot countries. They also look pretty good!
