Handy e-kettle. Pleased with purchase.
My previous kettle developed rust and broke down after prolonged storage. So, I was in the market for an affordable e-kettle and decided to settle on this after some research. I'm glad I did. It's been a few months of using this kettle daily (multiple times a day). I'm happy to report that I haven't faced any issues with the product. It works like a champ. Fairly simple to use. I remember reading the comments and seeing some folks criticize the product because of an initial smell. While that smell was present there when I unboxed the product, it quickly went away after a pre-use wash. There was no smell in the water boiled thereafter. Inalsa's product lived up to the market reputation of the brand. I would recommend this kettle.

Quality not upto the mark
Switch not working properly in 10 months.Handle plastic quality is not good.

Extremely bad quality
I bought this in may 2023 and have had issues since then. First, the base broke within 3 months which was replaced. Then in December, the heating element needs to be changed as told to us by the technician. Its been a week and no update has been provided to us. Pathetic after sales and the customer service also are in a hurry to disconnect the call.Please dont waste your money on this. Its better to buy better brands.
