Excellent pineapple gum syrup. Pineapple gum syrup is absolutely necessary for an authentic pisco punch. It provides just the right texture. If you aren't going to make up a bucketful of homemade, this is one of the only options out there, and while a little pricey, throwing out 4 gallons just to get a few drinks will cost even more. Buy a few bottles at a time and save on the shipping. Once you've made a pisco punch, you'll definitely make more and use all you buy.

I was very happy with this pineapple gum, tasted excellent!

I'm a pisco punch fan and the recipe calls for gum arabic scented with pineapple. Not an easy find -- but thankfully I found this version by Small Hand Foods which is beautifully made (with pressed fresh juice!) and makes one heck of a fine cocktail.

The bottles are too small!This stuff is wonderful
