Great!
Works better than expected. Although intended for the front handlebar, this also works on the back of a tandem. Much easier (and drier) than keeping maps in the back pocket of my husband's jersey! Very stable during the ride, the velcro closure makes it easy to change maps, and there is a lot of visible space so you don't have to change it every five minutes for rides with lots of turns. LOVE IT!

Really???
Way smaller than the picture makes it out to be. Doesn't fit a standars sized folded map. Doesn't fit standard 8"x11" paper folded in 1/2. Completely and totally useless for anything other than a 3"x5" hand written que sheet

Really nice for holding maps in an easily accessible and waterproof place. Added benefit, if you have a cell phone holder beneath it, is that it also adds additional waterproofing for it. The one drawback is that it is an odd size. It doesn't fit a half-sheet of paper and is also a bit too narrow for a full 4 # 6 note card.

Works okay, but a bit small. A decent, cheap solution if you don't need something for a lot of use.

Too small.
Too small for all but the very smallest cue sheet.

Good simple design and does the job exactly as it should
Such a simple little thing that makes ALL the difference in a pleasant ride. I use this for cue sheets for club rides, but you can also of course put in your own directions or a folded map.It is sturdy and nicely made. The velcro straps hold firmly to my handlebars, and the edge closure is easy to open to place items or remove them but stays firmly closed when riding. You can put it flipped as shown in the pic or if, like me, you have a small handlebar bag, you can flip it over the bag and rest it on top, which for me is the ideal position for reading cue sheets on a racing bike since I'm hunched over the handlebars.I would also like to address the reviewers who said it is too small, preventing them from including a full cue sheet for a long ride. This is a good point: For a 50 mile ride I usually need three sheets and for a 35 mile ride two; that means I have to either stop briefly to flip to the next sheet or fumble with it while riding, which is do-able but not optimal. Usually I follow other riders until I have a moment to do it safely. From my perspective, this is a small inconvenience and SO worth it to have a manageablely sized rather than humongous item on my handlebars. A map holder twice this size would interfere with my hand posiiton and maybe even obstruct my view of the road. However, everyone's bike set up and preferences is different, so I definitely would suggest buying the largest cover which doesn't interfere with your riding. You can quickly figure out what size works for you by cutting out a piece of cardboard and using a butterfly clip to attach it temporarily to your handlebars. Take a ride around the block and you'll quickly know if you like the size or not.

Cannot see entire sheet
The cue sheets I use are 8.5 x 11 and only 1/3 or so of the sheet is visible. I'll go out on a 45 mile ride without stopping and then I cannot see the rest of the directions. I have to rely on my fellow cyclists for direction.

It Does the Job
This keeps my map and cue sheet dry, and it's easy to install and remove. I don't like a pack on the front of my bike, so this does the job.
