Needs more instructions
Pretty good for the most part. Only bad thing so far is no instructions on how to put it together. Definitely needs more. But happy with overall product.

Terrible product
This chair was horrible to put together, it didn’t come with the correct hardware. I had to wait for them to ship another set, and the second set still didn’t come with the correct amount of screws. The instructions are not clear or easy to read. The chair seems cheap and not worth the money. Would not recommend

Esta bueno , pero no trae instrucciones para armarlo
No me agrado que se ven las mangueras de la instalación, no encontré la forma de ocultarlas , pero por lo demás si me gusto, esta bonito y cómodo

Missing parts!
Missing stuff! I noticed the box it came in was super light. My plumber opened it and said it didn’t come with the bowl or the seat. I just got the base and a few parts!! Ughhh
